1. Warranty/ Claims

Easydrive warrants the functionality of all USB flash drives distributed from our source, excluding the content and/or software supplied with or on the product. The product will also be free from material defect in manufacture, with compliance of Easydrive’s published product specifications and be safe for normal use during the Warranty Period specified in the effective period stated upon the date of purchase.

To make a warranty claim please contact Easydrive at the telephone number stated in our contact page or e-mail to support@easydrive.com.my within the Warranty Period given together with the proof of purchase (showing date of purchase and name of the reseller) and product name, product type and product code number.

Easydrive may repair this product or provide you with an equivalent product; and if unable to repair or replace the product, the purchase price will be refunded or whichever applicable or it will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.
This limited warranty shall not apply if:

(i) the product was not used in accordance with any accompanying instructions.
ii) the product was not used for its intended function. This limited warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, disassembled or removed.
iii) the product has not been handled or packaged incorrectly, that has been sold as second-hand or that has been resold contrary to other applicable export regulations.
iv) the product has been reformated using external software or being infected by virus files.

This limited warranty covers only repair, replacement, refund or credit for defective USB flash drives, as stated above. This warranty excludes third-party software, connected equipment or stored data. Easydrive is therefore not liable for any losses or damage attributable to third-party software, connected equipment or stored data.

2. Return Policy

In case of the product malfunction or damaged goods upon delivery, please provide evidence in forms of high-resolution photos and magnified damage area in order for us to conduct an investigation and carry out defect analysis with relevant parties involved. Any feedback of product defect must be made within 7 days after delivery date. All feedbacks pertaining to external product defect made after 7 days will not be entertained. If defects have resulted from our product failure, what you will need to return with your item(s) are:

2.1.The original receipts or invoices from your purchase.

2.2. Original packaging and all items originally included by the manufacturer or Promotional Offers (including all manuals, accessories and gifts with purchase or other included or promotional items).

2.3.Your name, address, phone number and signature. Valid Identification Card (IC) may be requested to confirm this information.

IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has missing items, the return may be refused, or the value of the missing materials, including free gifts with purchase or other included or promotional items, may be deducted from the total credit/refund amount.

Return Period by Product Type:
For all purchases, the Warranty Period begins on the date of the items are delivered.
*For USB flash drives, the warranty period is 1 year or 12 months from the delivery date.
